For this purpose, our procurement, warehouse and transport logistics departments work in harmony. Logistics coverage – the entire territory of Ukraine (from 2022, delivery is carried out only to territories controlled by Ukraine).

Humanitarian initiatives
The company "Direct Office Service" is not only one of the five largest suppliers of Ukraine in the corporate segment, but also a supplier of goods for the humanitarian response to the crisis in Ukraine. Our company's active cooperation in this direction began during the pandemic (early 2019) and became even more active due to the difficult situation in our country in February 2022.
We have extensive experience in forming humanitarian kits, supplying targeted goods to help children, internally displaced persons and the elderly. The assembly of various humanitarian aid kits (with the customer's logo if desired) is carried out by our own forces on the territory of our large distribution center near Kyiv, so their delivery is carried out quickly and efficiently according to the logistics plans of humanitarian projects.
In addition to meeting specific needs and forming humanitarian kits for public, charitable, and non-profit organizations, the Direct Office Service Company constantly supplies goods to meet the current needs of these organizations - household goods, stationery, food products, office equipment, consumables, and others.
